✨ Appointment Booking & Commitment

By booking an appointment, you confirm my General Terms and Conditions and consciously reserve my time and a spot in the ErdArt Atelier.

Each session is individually prepared, and this time slot is exclusively reserved for you.

Therefore, I kindly ask you to reliably attend your scheduled appointments.

If you are unable to attend, please notify me in advance.

I regret that I must charge for missed appointments without prior cancellation, as the appointment cannot be rebooked at short notice.

Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of my time.

 

✨ Cancellation Policy & Withdrawal

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations within 48 hours before the start of the course or in case of no-show without cancellation, the full course fee will be charged.

You are welcome to name a substitute person.

For workshops with multiple participants (e.g., mother/child pottery, adult courses, etc.), the same conditions apply, as the spot is firmly reserved for you.

 

✨ Participation & Safety during Pottery & Glazing

Participation is at your own risk.

For children's courses, the accompanying caregiver is responsible for supervision throughout the entire stay.

Children's courses only take place with an accompanying responsible caregiver.

Please wear clothes that can get dirty.

It is best to come without jewelry; long hair should be tied back.

Keep your workspace clean and return tools cleaned after use.

Clay and glazes are not suitable for consumption.

No eating or drinking at the workspace during glazing.

Please avoid skin contact with glazes as much as possible – wash hands thoroughly afterwards.

The kiln is off-limits to course participants and will only be operated by the instructor.

 

✨ Ceramics – a Craft Process

Ceramics is a natural and artisanal process.

During drying, firing, or glazing, cracks, deformations, or glaze deviations may occasionally occur.

Despite the utmost care, no liability can be assumed for this.

 

✨ Collection of Works

After firing, your works will be waiting for you in the studio.

Please collect your pieces within 4 weeks of notification, as space in the studio is limited.

After this period, I can no longer guarantee storage – uncollected works may find a new home.

 

✨ Photos & Insights

During the courses, photos of work processes or finished works may be taken and used for the ErdArt Atelier website or social media.

If you do not wish this, please simply let me know.

 

✨ Vouchers/ErdArt Talers

Vouchers/ErdArt Talers can be redeemed for all offers at the ErdArt Atelier and are transferable.

Cash redemption is not possible.
